Charles Alutto, CEO

Bob Ryder, CFO

Mr. Alutto was President and CEO of Stericycle Inc. (NASDAQ: SRCL) from 2013 to 2019. His previous roles at Stericycle included serving as President of US Healthcare Compliance Solutions, Vice President & Managing Director of Stericycle Europe, and Vice President of Healthcare Sales & Marketing. Mr. Alutto served on Stericycle’s Board of Directors from 2012 to 2019, and currently serves as an Independent Board Member of Road Safety Services.

Mr. Ryder was the interim CFO of Resideo (NYSE: REZI), a public spin-off from Honeywell, from 2019 to 2020. Mr. Ryder previously served as CFO of Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ) from 2007 to 2015. Prior to Constellation Brands, he was Chief Financial and Administrative officer at IMG, a private equity-owned, global sports marketing and media firm, from 2005 to 2006. Previously, Mr. Ryder was the CFO at American Greetings (formerly NYSE: AM) from 2002 to 2005. At the start of his career, Mr. Ryder spent seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City and then spent 13 years with PepsiCo (NASDAQ: PEP).

Ken Campbell, Co-Chairman

Richard Burke, Co-Chairman

Ken Campbell served as a senior officer of several MatlinPatterson portfolio companies between 2003 and 2011, and for a time was an investment partner of the firm. From 2008 until 2011, he served as CEO and a director of Standard Pacific Corp. (formerly NYSE: SPF). From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Campbell served as CEO and director of Ormet Corporation, an aluminum manufacturer. Prior to that, Mr. Campbell served as CFO of RailWorks Corporation, a railroad construction contractor, from 2003 to 2006. Prior to this, Mr. Campbell spent over 20 years serving in various restructuring roles at companies with significant operational and/or financial difficulties.

Richard Burke was the CEO of Advanced Disposal (formerly NYSE: ADSW) until the company’s sale to Waste Management (NYSE: WM) in 2020. Before serving as CEO, he served as President from 2012 to 2014. He joined ADSW following the acquisition of Veolia Environmental Services Solid Waste in 2012, where he was President and CEO of Veolia Environmental Services North America since 2007. Prior to joining Veolia, Mr. Burke spent 12 years with Waste Management (NYSE: WM) in a variety of leadership positions. He currently serves on the Board of ECP Environmental Growth Opportunities Corp. (NASDAQ: ENNV) and US Ecology, Inc. (Nasdaq: ECOL).

Scott Daum, President

Mr. Berner was COO of Live Oak Sponsor Partners, LLC, the sponsor of Live Oak Acquisition Corp (formerly NYSE: LOAK), which merged with Danimer Scientific (NYSE: DNMR). Prior to that, Mr. Berner was a Founding Partner at PCO Investment Management LP from 2013 to 2016. He served as Partner and Portfolio Manager at Weintraub Capital Management, L.P. from 1999 to 2012. Mr. Berner was a Co-Founder of United Road Services (formerly NASDAQ: URSI). Mr. Berner co-founded Fenix Parts, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: FENX), in 2014. 

Scott Daum is currently a partner at Parallel49 Equity, a position he has held since 2013. He started at Parallel49 Equity in 2005. From 1995 to 2005, he worked at GE Capital, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President. Mr. Daum is the Chairman of Road Safety Services, Inc. and Tiger Calcium Services Inc. and is a board member of Gold Standard Baking Inc. and Questco, LLC.

Brenda Frank, Director

Mr. Brockman is a Partner with PJT Partners’ strategic advisory group in San Francisco. Prior to the spin-off from Blackstone, he was a Senior Managing Director and led Blackstone’s technology advisory practice in Silicon Valley since founding the firm’s office there in 2008. Before joining Blackstone, he was a Managing Director and Co-Head of West Coast Technology Investment Banking for Citigroup from 2004 to 2008, and led the firm’s global investment banking business in enterprise software and systems. Mr. Brockman also practiced corporate and securities law for several years with the technology-focused firm, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Ms. Frank is currently Group Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Buying Offices at Ross Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROST), a position she has held since 2018. Previously, Ms. Frank was Chief People Officer of Stericycle (NASDAQ: SRCL) from 2016 to 2018. From 2010 to 2016, Ms. Frank was Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Franchise Relations, General Counsel & Secretary at Shred-it International ULC. Ms. Frank was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Human Resources of Itochu International Inc from 2008 to 1010. Ms. Frank started her career as a lawyer for Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Proskauer Rose LLP.

Alex Zoghlin, Director

Mr. Zoghlin is currently been the President and CEO of Airline Tariff Publishing Company, and, since 2019, has been the founder and managing partner of Machine Learning Ventures. From 2016 to 2019, he was the Executive Vice President, Global Head of Strategy, Innovation and Technology at Hyatt Hotels, and prior to this was Senior Vice President, Head of Technology from 2013 to 2016. Prior to joining Hyatt Hotels, Mr. Zoghlin served as the CEO of VHT, Inc., and he founded and served as the CEO of G2 Switchworks, Inc. Mr. Zoghlin also served as Chairman, President and CEO of neoVentures Inc., a venture capital investment company for emerging technology companies, from 2002 to 2009. In 2000, Mr. Zoghlin founded and served as Chief Technology and Product Officer of Orbitz LLC.
